For sale is a black 2002 subaru wrx with 175,500 miles for $3000. Ive had the car for approximately 4 years now with the intent to keep it, but plans have changed. I am selling as-is because i don’t have the time to get it fixed as i pcs to camp pendleton in early april, so i am hoping there is a subaru fanatic that will take advantage of this. Overall the car runs good with a few hiccups noted below. Pretty stock with exception to a blow off valve and cold air intake. Tires recently changed. Original clutch was replaced with an exedy stage 1 clutch around 160,000 miles. Current problems: 1. Driver side headlight caught on fire and needs rewired/replaced 2. Hood is jammed shut and needs a new latch/cable 3. Upon start up, what i presume to be, a belt squeaks for a bit then goes away soon after driving past accidents: 1. Was driven into a yellow pole in a parking garage and destroyed the right passenger door (wasn’t me). All damage was fixed through insurance. 2. Rear ended someone and bent in the hood and needed a new bumper. All damage was fixed through insurance. 3. Was backed into a car and the only damage caused was a minor scratch on the rear bumper (wasn’t me). Looking to sell for $3000 as-is in fair condition. I have no problem keeping it and fixing it after pcs, but would prefer to sell right now to someone that has the time and would appreciate the car. If i fix the issues myself, it values around $3700 private party per kbb. Located in 29 palms.
